CAPM Newcomers Program

Overview:

Coders Beyond Borders is proud to introduce the CAPM Newcomers Program, a structured pathway designed to equip newcomer professionals with internationally recognised project management skills and globally recognised certification. In partnership with the Global Mentorship Initiative, IIL, and We'RHERE.nl, this programme prepares participants for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential, issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This is more than exam preparation.It is a structured bridge into project-based careers.

Event highlights:

CAPM certification support: Full preparation for the globally recognised PMI credential that significantly enhances employability across industries worldwide.
Structured mentorship: Weekly mentor sessions through the Global Mentorship Initiative, combined with PMI Buddy matching for peer support throughout the programme.
IIL exam preparation: Full CAPM exam preparation access via the International Institute for Learning, including two complete mock exams with structured review sessions.
AI for Project Management workshop: Practical, hands-on training in how AI tools are reshaping project environments and how to use them professionally.
Cultural differences training: Develop the cross-cultural communication skills that global project roles demand.
Industry expert session: A final Q&A with Anton Zandhuis, bringing real-world project management experience directly to participants.
Business and engineering collaboration: Support through We’RHERE.nl bridging technical and business environments.
Interview techniques: The workshop covered interview best practices, including tips on tackling behavioral questions, boosting confidence, and standing out as a candidate.
Q&A session: Attendees had the opportunity to ask Deloitte professionals direct questions, gaining personalized feedback and practical suggestions to enhance their career prospects.
