This event is designed to support high-skilled refugees who are navigating the job market, particularly in the fields of cloud engineering, cybersecurity, data science/analysis, and web development. The focus will be on providing mentorship and interview preparation through collaboration with Henkel’s HR team. The event aims to offer participants guidance, practical skills, and networking opportunities to improve their employability. Key Objectives:

Interview Support: Participants will have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with real-time feedback from Henkel’s hiring experts.
Workshops: Host workshops led by HR professionals on topics such as interview strategies, navigating career transitions, and personal branding.

13:15 – 14:15: Welcome & Introduction
Opening remarks and introduction to Henkel, led by a representative from Henkel + 2 colleagues that will talk about their career journey in Henkel and Digitalization in Henkel
14:30 – 15:30: Mock Interview workshop
Participants watch a mock interview and discuss the do’s and don’ts of it
15:30 – 16:00: Q&A.
16:00 – 16:15: Closing Remarks
